Ginger Prawns

Stir-fried prawns with garlic, ginger, green onion sherry and soy sauce. Stir-fry served over Chinese white rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients -
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/3” piece Fresh Ginger Root, minced
2 Green Onions, chopped
12 King Prawns, shelled
1 dash Sherry
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Add olive oil to large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.

2. Stir in minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry 30 seconds.

3. Add the prawns and stir-fry until they curl around to form a C shape.

4. Add dash of sherry and the soy sauce. Stir in the green onions and remove from heat.

5. Serve on a bed of Chinese white rice or egg noodles.
