1. Sauté finely minced onion, minced garlic, and fresh chopped parsley in butter.
2. Stir in white wine, fresh lemon juice and white pepper.
3. Simmer over low heat a few minutes.
4. Add a little water if the sauce becomes too reduced.
5. Pour the marinade over the prawns and let set in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
6. Grill over medium high heat until prawns are slightly brown on both sides, splashing a little marinade just before removing from the heat.
