Spanish Prawns

Whole prawns sauteed with chives, garlic, sherry, salt and pepper. Served hot, garnished with chopped chives.
Ingredients -
1 Pound Whole Prawns (cooked)
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
5 Tablespoons) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Small Bunch of Chives (snipped)
2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Chives (to garnish)
 
Preparation:

1. In a large frying pan heat the oil.

2. Stir in the chives and garlic.

3. Add the sherry and prawns.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cover the pan and cook over moderate heat for 3-5 minutes, turning the prawns over.

6. Serve in small bowls.

7. Garnished with chives.

8. Eat with crusty French bread, if desired.
