Spicy Prawn Balls

Chopped prawns mixed with curry powder, tom yum paste, brown sugar, and egg white. Mixture is shaped into rounds and pan fried in hot oil until golden brown.

Ingredients -
12-16 shelled Prawns
2 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Tom Yum Paste
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 Egg White
1/4 cup Peanut Oil
 
Preparation:

1. Chop the prawns with cleaver till reduced to chunky paste.

2. Add chopped prawns curry powder, tom yum paste, brown sugar, and egg white to a mixing bowl. Stir well.

3. Shape paste into small rounds.

4. Heat the peanut oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Set frying pan over medium-high heat and fry for 45 seconds to 2minutes (depending on size of balls) till golden brown.

6. Note: don't overcrowd, stir-fry in batches.

7. Drain well on paper towels and serve hot.
