1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, to medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Dip prawns into marinade, and set on plate.
4. Add sirloin to marinade. Marinate 15 minutes.
5. Thread sirloin and prawns alternately onto bamboo skewers.
6. Add butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice to small saucepan. Heat through.
7. Cook steak and prawns over direct heat.
8. Serve surf and turf skewers, spooning garlic butter over the top.
